Return Policy
Postage and handling charges are non-refundable.
All exchanges and returns require a receipt.
The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the purchase date.
When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original sealed packaging and include all accessories, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals and disc seals.
Only new, factory sealed product is returnable. Opened software and other products will not be accepted for return.
